The above-quoted rates are for FOOD ONLY. This does not include any crockery, service, venue, transportation, etc.

The waiting staff you need, the hire of crockery and cutlery, tables, chairs, linen and napkins will depend on the type of party you are having and the venue, but to give you a guide:
Buffet, tea - 1 server per 12 guests allow £20.00 per server 
Executive lunch - 1 staff per 10 guests allow £25.00 per server
Hire of crockery and cutlery allow £2.50 per head
Table linen and napkins allow £1.00 per head

This price guide will vary from one party to another.
